       My name is Mr. Nathan Fransman and I am excited to say this is my 8th year as a 1st-grade teacher here at Pipestone Area Elementary Schools! I graduated, in May 2015, with my bachelor of science in early childhood and elementary education from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Minnesota. I grew up on a farm between the two gigantic towns of Beaver Creek and Hills and graduated from Hills-Beaver Creek High School in 2011 where I was a participant in many activities, such as; football, baseball, basketball, track and field, and band.         I am the youngest of three children! My father is a farmer and construction worker and my mother is a retired banker. I have two older sisters who are both high school math teachers, one is teaching at H-BC and one is teaching at ACGC. Teaching runs in the family! I have 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 3 fish, and have a house here in Pipestone! P.S. – I am excited to have your child in my classroom!
