Middle school physical education focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle through a variety of activities. We also strive to increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and agility in all our students.

5 pts per day- total of 25 for week
1pt- respect for staff/students/equipment
1pt- following directions
5th and 6th graders are required to change clothes for class. Each student will get assigned a locker and a lock to keep their clothes/shoes in. It is your responsibility to have a change of clothes, get dressed and be on time for class.
