Hello! My name is Megan Wendorff. I am in my 9th year of teaching in the Pipestone Area School district. This will be my 8th year of teaching 6th grade! My first year in Pipestone was in 2009. I loved teaching 1st grade, but I wanted to be able to teach in the content area that I have so much passion for, Science!!
After college graduation in December of 2008, I was fortunate enough to get a teaching job in the middle of the year. I taught five different science classes at Round Lake-Brewster High School, including: Life Science, Earth Science, Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Practical Science.
I recently graduated with a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership. I graduated in May 2016.
In my spare time I like to run, play volleyball, shop, read, organize, traveling to Hawaii to see my nephew, learn new things, sing, and spend time with my fiance, our families, and my friends. I became an aunt to Lincoln in March of 2015 and it's the best feeling ever. I will soon be changing my last name as I am getting married October 21, 2017.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns!
